Why do I look at this and assume it says, "uncoordinated american tries to eat over salted noodles."

So my diet went severely off the rails last Friday when I got sick from a salad.

Seriously, the salad tried to kill me.

I was ok by the next afternoon , but still! Sheesh.

Anyway, I have been modifying my diet ever since. I know how many calories I need, and my plan is to use more of a 30-30-40 split like most doctors suggest.
I think that trying to do too much might have made me ripe for some sort of bug hiding in that salad.

So anyhow, since i didn't want to do another dieting comic, I did a quick favorite food pic. More and better robots coming up tomorrow probably.

I wanted to do a quick little something for my readers, but not rant about diets today. I had a great night last night, and am now back fully on the diet wagons. That's all the diet talk. The wife and I went out for our anniversary, and we had a great time. Hit up a fancy place for a few drinks, and some broc, then it was head east for some mexican food, then home to relax and then sleep.

I am trying out a new thing this week. I want to see if I can do a themed sort of comic. I see a lot of others do this sort of thing. Let see how well I do shall we? Yes, yes, we shall. I think I need to take my meds again. Not only am I talking to myself, but I sound like queen elizabeth.
