Comical Conventions

So I am all girded (girdled??)for battle so to speak. I am going to the Emerald City Comic Convention to hopefully see some of my favorite webcomic artists. I have a short list of ten. I plan on hitting the Topatoco booth first. With luck I can see some of my favs there. I also hope that I can get my darling little daughter introduced to the wonderful world of artwork, and get her excited about creating.

A little bit of Green Lantern

Ok, so I stayed away from a comic today, since I am trying to hold to a monday, wednesday friday schedule, so that the art doesnt look quite so rushed. I still ended up doodling a little. I present to you, Green Lantern. At least my take on him. I figure with all the re-dos' out there right now, I could get away from it.

Accepting Complaints

Well, it looks like I am back on the horse. No, not heroin. sheesh, people. I am back to making silly comics again. I plan on expanding my standard group of fools into a larger cast of characters to get some new fresh into the whole shebang.
At some point I would like to do a whole series of them along the same theme, but right now I seem to be stuck at one-liner sort of jokes.
I am pretty sure you would not want to see me do a week of jokes about this particular subject

(not having done a new comic properly in about a month).

Yeah, that would go from funny to OH MY GOD STOP in about a New York minute.

Whoopsie Bear

Sadly, I did not do a comic last night like I was supposed to. I did slam out a couple of scripts, and should have something in the way of a comic today, just not on a scheduled format or anything. Todays comic will deal in the baser aspects of humanity (like always)



That said, I have located a painting that absolutely holds my attention.

These guys need an adventure. I plan to tell that adventure, soon as the holidays are over.
